Flour Bin was Delivered to Chongqing

Flour Bin (also called powder silo or flour silo) is widely used to store and discharge flour and other powder materials such as cement or PFA (Pulverized Fuel Ash). Powder or flour is not easy to store and deliver, so the steel flour storage bin is your good choice to hold and discharge weighty powder materials automatically.  Flour bin has the characteristics of lower cost, shorter construction time and unloading materials easily.  The capacity of Shelley steel flour storage storage silo ranges from 20m³ to 800m³.

Our customer from Chongqing City ordered  20 sets of 175 m³ powder storage silo for flour storage, this powder silo project has about total 2000tons capacity. Shelley Grain Silo Company fabricated these flour bins according to customer requirements, our flour bin is also widely used for wheat, corn and other grain storage.

The flour silos for this project are all steel square powder silos, the dimension of the powder square silo is 4.5m*4.5m*12.94m(LWH).  The powder silo hopper of the square powder bin is 60 degrees angle which is easy for material discharging. All the flour bin parts are made of painted carbon steel. The galvanized square flour silo is also available.

All parts and accessories for the flour bin project were successfully manufactured in our steel silo factory and ready for shipping to the destination. The parts of the pictures showed were the first batch among the 3 batches.
