Sunflower Steel Silos (also called sunflower steel bins) are specially designed using silo grain bins for sale to storage delicate sunflower products for easily unloading through gravity. The hopper, rings and support steel of hopper bottom silos are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. They are widely used to storage and handle sunflowers, poultry feed pellets and soybeans.
Our Ukrainian customers wanted to build a warehouse with the capacity of about 10000T to storage sunflowers in the harvest season and to make oils in the following months. He sent inquiry to us asked for the solution. Our engineers designed the warehouse composed of 8 sunflower Steel Silos considering all his requirements. He accepted tour recommended solution and visited our factory 2 weeks later. We discussed the solutions with him in detail. He accepted the 1,8750m³ sunflower Steel Silos warehouse solution and signed the contract.
After 2 months intensive detailed designing, manufacturing, quality checking, pre-installation and packaging, all the steel silos were delivered to Ukraine and successfully installed. The customer is very satisfied with our qualified our products.
