Rice Husk Silo Site Visiting in Myanmar

One Myanmar customer purchased 2 sets of 730m3 rice husk silo and four grain conveyors,
three grain bucket elevators from TSE company for his bulk rice husk storage on
August 31th, 2017.

Now this steel silo project for rice husk storage had been being established in Yangon,
Myanmar. TSE CEO Shelley now is in Myanmar for checking the installation progress
and site condition. Everything there goes fine and the customer high evaluated TSE
installation leader, he is pretty satisfied with the installation working guided by him.

Barley storage silo is well running in brewery at the end of 2017, the brewery named Taishan Brewery Group. Taishan Brewery Group is very famous in brewery market in China. TSE steel silo can not only be used for brewery, also can be used for grain trading company, grain milling, bakery, feed company, biology and chemical industry, etc.

Taishan Brewery Group has existing barley storage silos already, now they increased one set of 240m3 barley storage silo with drag conveyor for horizontal transportation. All the silos will be used in same system.

The new barley storage silo will use the existing bucket elevator to fill in the silo through the drag conveyor, the steel silo roof catwalk will be used to support the drag conveyor and easy maintenance. For the grain security storage purpose, TSE provides the temperature & moisture monitoring system (also called grain temperature and moisture testing sensor) to help the customers get data every minute from inside and outside of each grain storage silo. It shows the temperature of the grain around the sensor , and the moisture of the air inside and outside the barley storage silo. The customer can know the grains condition by reading the date sheet.

Corn Storage Silo Run in Kazakhstan

Corn Storage Silo (also called corn storage bin) is widely used steel silo to store corn, wheat, rice, etc.  Corn storage silo is the kind of grain bin hopper bottoms in order to let make the delicate products unloading easily through gravity. Hopper bottom silos have a smooth wall hopper transition with no steps or flanges to offer the cleanest product discharge from the silo. The stored products inside the silo are isolated from the ground, thereby preventing humidity and allowing the interconnection of silos through tapes, facilitating perfect extraction or dosage.

Our customer from the United State is engaged in popcorn business, and his factory lies in Kazakhstan.  He wants to store as much as possible corn in the harvest season to get competitive cost and product quality. He used the warehouse to store corn before. But there were many problems like easy access humidity and insects, difficult loading and unloading, less information about stored products. Hopper bottom silo for corn is the best choice for him to solve the listed problems.

Sunflower Steel Silos (also called sunflower steel bins) are specially designed using silo grain bins for sale to storage delicate sunflower products for easily unloading through gravity. The hopper, rings and support steel of hopper bottom silos are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. They are widely used to storage and handle sunflowers, poultry feed pellets and soybeans.

Description

Cyclone is a large scale air mass that rotates around a strong center of low atmospheric pressure, it is one of the commonly used grain cleaning equipment for steel silos. Cyclone Collectors are often employed as an initial stage collector to lighten heavy dusts loads before being sent to a primary stage fabric collector. By removing coarse particles from the gas stream, and allowing later stage fabric collectors to solely remove finer particles, these collectors increase the efficiency and service life of Fabric Collectors and their Filters. Thus protecting your larger and most costly investment from unnecessary wear and tear.

Cyclone is often named after the cyclone weather phenomenon, dust and debris are sucked in at the top.  Air containing fine dust blows out of the other side of the top, while chips and large dust particles fall out of the bottom into a drum or bin.  Dusty exhaust air is either blown outside or filtered again using media filtration.
