Wheat Steel Silos Run in South Africa



Our South Africa customer sent to inquire for one 6000 tons silo system to store wheat, maize, sorghum, soybean, the designing and manufacturing of grain storage silo projects are very professional and complex. Our engineer had been discussing and analyzing the inquiry with our customer for 2 weeks. We had engaged in three such kind of turn key steel silo system like 6 sets 1000 t silos, two sets 3-1000 t silos and 5 sets 1250 t silos. Our customer was satisfied with our final scheme. The customer visited us 1 month later and signed the order.



In this turnkey silo project, there is one small hopper silo as the temporary discharging silo, it’s one 50 ton hopper silo, truck under the platform receive grain from small silo. Before storage, grain need to clean, The pre-cleaner and vibrating screen cleaner were equipped for the grain storage silos to clean different grains, pre-cleaner is used for cleaning maize, soybean and big size grain, vibrating screen cleaner is used for cleaning wheat, sorghum and small size grain. The pulse dust collector, cyclone and suction fan are designed to remove the dust.
